Cajun Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
6 skinless boneless chicken thighs,sliced into strips
3 tsp of The Keg Cajun seasoning
Freshly cracked black pepper (Clubhouse)
Himaylan pink salt (Kirkland)
2 Tbsp of EVOO EVOLUTION dill olive oil or any other oil of your liking.
1 yellow onion
5 garlic cloves,minced
Directions:
1. Marinate chicken thighs with Himalayan pink salt,cracked black pepper and the keg cajun seasoning with 1 tbsp dill olive oil. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes or longer.
2. Heat frying pan up with another tbsp of dill olive oil on medium heat. Add onions and garlic. Saute till golden.
3. Add marinated chicken thighs. Cook through and mix with onion mixture.
4. Turn heat to high and slightly burn thighs.
5. Enjoy!
