Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Great Value Quick Oats
1/2 cup milk of choice (dairy or non-dairy. I use Earth's Own Cashew So Fresh Unsweetened Vanilla - Love the creaminess and how it's Made in Canada, I got a box of 3x1.89L at my local Costco in Canada for about $9.99 which I cheaper if you use in everything you make like I do!Each carton box would be around $3.33 per box if you buy it in the 3-pack from Costco)
Box I bought at my local Costco in Canada. Retail Price: $9.99

1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds ( I use Great Value Organic Black Whole Chia Seeds) https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/great-value-organic-whole-chia-seeds/6000195415426
1/2 Tbsp of OMG Pure Caocoa Powder http://omgsuperfoods.com/organic-cacao-powder-8oz/
1/2 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
1-4 Tbsp of 100% Pure Canadian Maple Syrup (I love using E.D. Smith No Sugar Added Butter Flavoured Syrup - it taste like Aunt Jemina's but I feel less guilty because it's no sugar added but I won't be sacrificing the flavour!) https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/ed-smith-no-sugar-added-butter-flavoured-syrup/6000033320991
